2010 Corvette Grand Sport

A side shot of a legendary car. This car gets its heritage from the 1963 Race Car that was Zora's secret in 1962. Reference below https://www.grandsportregistry.com/63_history.htm After the prototypes had proven their mettle -- and metal -- 125 production street beasts were to be unleashed. But it never happened... When they learned of Zora's secret program, the Chevrolet boardroom put a stop to the car's construction -- but they couldn't stop the five Grand Sports already built. And neither could the competition. From 1963 to 1967, the cars tore up the racetracks. And even after that, they continued to see duty and put up an excellent showing at races around the country and even overseas.

Iron Trap Garage

Iron Trap Garage found in Boyertown, PA Reference article by John Machaqueiro Author. Oct 9, 2018 https://www.hotrod.com/articles/guys-garage-matt-murrays-garage-mahal/ When Matt Murray went looking for a new house, one of the key things he was looking for was adequate space to wrench on his cars. One of the houses listed had an "oversized three-car garage" with no photos. Like any true car guy, once he set eyes on the garage, he notes, "I decided to buy the house immediately after seeing the shop in person and worried about the house secondary." What he had stumbled upon was pure automotive ecstasy. The house was built in 1930 and the shop was built during WWII—originally as an airplane hangar. The tracks for the original bi-fold hangar doors are still present in the ceiling. It was built into the ground with the walls made of fieldstone, which support the massive I-beams that hold up the roof. The open floor plan of the hangar made it the perfect workspace for his shop, named "Iron Trap Garage." In the span of two years, he points out, "I've managed to fill it with cars, tools, and decorations that make it feel like it has been a hot rod shop since it was built." When it comes to the work being done at his shop, he doesn't have to travel far for supplies. Matt's day job is marketing at the Eastwood Company, and he is also responsible for all of Eastwood's How-To videos on the company's YouTube channel. Matt also documents the progress on all the builds taking place at his shop on the IronTrap Garage YouTube page.

Sleeping Cadillac Awakened

Nelson Ghost Town Nevada, A place where time has stood still. This photo was done in total darkness. The entire scene was light painted with an LED light wand. About 75 layered photos make up this image. And yes the stars really looked like that! As the first major gold strike in Nevada, many of the existing mines here today were created by deserters of the Civil War, with mining active from 1858 until 1945. During this time, both Union and Confederate soldiers set up camp here, assuming such an isolated location would be the last place military authorities would go in search of them. Nelson sat largely abandoned after mining stopped. The town got its second chance in 1994, when Tony and Bobbie Werly purchased the town. The family restored many of the old buildings and even opened up the Techatticup Mine for public tours. Today, Nelson is a popular tourist destination, only 45 minutes south of Las Vegas. It’s also been featured in numerous music videos, video games, and movies with cool explosions.

Hill Top Drive In with a 66 Chevelle

An icon in Pottstown for many years! It began in the 50s as a Carvel Ice Cream Stand. It was frequented my many Hot Rodders of the time. It has since closed at the end of 2019. It was a wonderful place and had car cruise ins every other week on Wednesdays April through October. I was sad to see it close.
